Legal and Compliance
Prior to launching my business, I gained significant experience working in-house as a translator and interpreter at a top-tier international law firm and for the United Nations system.
I have also translated a wide array of compliance-related documents for various financial institutions (including policies and procedures, audit reports and training materials), and provided interpreting services during meetings, hearings and witness interviews.
In 2012, I was appointed as a sworn translator and interpreter of English and Spanish by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Institutional translations
I have also been working for the United Nations system both in-house and as an international consultant for a number of years, translating, revising, and subtitling a wide array of content, from press releases and reports published jointly with the Economist, to project management eLearning modules.
As such, I have experience producing content for a global audience, and I am familiar with the style and terminology used by international institutions.
Corporate communications
I have experience translating internal and external communications materials for companies operating in different fields, such as press releases, corporate responsibility statements, HR communications to employees, works council documents, crisis communications, and documents presented to boards of directors.
